This page explains how to permanently delete your Haldia Paribesh account and the data
associated with it. You have two options.
Option 1 — Delete from within the app (instant)
- Open the Haldia Paribesh app and make sure you are signed in.
- On the Home screen, tap the gear / Settings icon in the top-right.
- Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
- Read the warning and tap Delete Permanently to confirm.
Your account and its complaints are removed immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email
support@haldiaparibeshapi.in
from your
registered email address with the subject "Delete my account", and include the
phone number registered with your account. We will verify and complete deletion within
30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted

| Your account (name, email, phone), login sessions, pending OTPs, and every complaint you submitted (including its photos and location). |
Aggregated, anonymized AQI / usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you. Records we are legally required to keep, if any. |
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your complaint history
cannot be recovered. You can create a new account later, but past data will not be restored.
